Social Media Development & Campaigning
In 2022, MS-IL had no posting process, strategy, or branded guidelines for social media. Under my direction, our team tackled branding, editorial processes, content management, campaigning, and success metrics with analytics.
Branding
We established channel messaging & brand guidelines.
Editorial Process
My team developed processes for:Â
proposing & planning post content
channel & messaging
editorial & copywriting feedback
scheduled posting based on the data's best times post
measures of success, including engagement, follows, and shares
Content Management
We organized content effectively using standard naming conventions in Canva and saving all work to Microsoft Sharepoint.
Analytics and Campaigning
We measured the effectiveness of content on a weekly basis to drive our decisions. The following categories consistently received the most engagement in likes, comments, and shares:
Job alerts: We're hiring! Partnered with job details and a link to Indeed
Team member announcements & community engagement
Successes in numbers
Financial literacy & community resources
**Another observation: posts with pictures of people were always more engaging.
